Caption: 1982. If you could live anywhere in the whole wide world, where would it be? Other than here, I mean. Oh. Well … I think I would have to choose Canada. But only 'cause Atlantis is under water, and I can't swim. You could learn to swim. At my age? I should've learned when I was young. You are about to be seven. I feel like I wasted my youth.

Caption: Yogi Berra passed away, Clyde. Whachoo talkin' 'bout? Was there a landslide in Jellystone Park or some @#$% like that? What Boo Boo gonna do now? I don't know 'bout you, but I don't like when cartoons get all serious an' whatnot just to boost ratings. I'm talking about the baseball player and war veteran! He was in a war? What, was the Adult Swim version or something?

Caption: Did you see how slow Walter Scott ran when he ran from that cop, Big L? Looked like when you try an' run in a swimming pool. That how slow the brotha was movin'. If I'm ever scared enough of a cop to wanna run from him, I hope I remember that even SLOWLY running away gon' give him an excuse to say he "feared for his life." Cartwheels, dawg. They ain't never shot no brotha who cartwheeled away. Better Google that to be sure.

Caption: Ever since Newton, we've averaged one school shooting per week. So? Do you know how many kids perish in other ways every week? You donít see liberals talking about banning cars, light sockets, household cleaners, medicines, fire, swimming pools or flossing. Flossing? Some kids just don't know when to quit.

Caption: I don't get you people. Us people? Women. Sasha won't tell me why she stays with Webster, momma won't tell me anything about my dad, and you've never told me who the love of your life was. In "Titanic," Gloria Stuart said "A woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets." That explains everything. I can't swim.

Caption: Ever feel like you can remember the future? What? What if time doesn't flow at all? What if it's like a swimming pool? It just sits there, and it's our consciousness that's swimming through it in one direction? Sometimes we swim backward, and mistake our memory of the future for foresight. That'd explain why we sometimes can't stop ourselves from doing something even if we know it'll end badly. Whatever. I knew I shouldn't have gone out with that loser. Don't blame yourself, blame the swimming pool.

Caption: No, Susan, I don't want to go to Burger Queen. Haven't you heard? Heard what? Scientists discovered half of the fast-food fountain sodas they tested were contaminated with fecal coliform bacteria. You know what the means, don't you? Nothing? There's doo-doo in my soda. Sure, they said it almost never causes anything more than gas, but it's just nasty to think of some living organism swimming around in my soda. ... And you really don't' expect gas from fast food. I miss the days when soda just had chemicals I couldn't pronounce.

Caption: Two weeks ago, at the Candorville Chronicle Ö As our senior foreign correspondent, we're sending you to Iran. Really? We can Ö We can WHAT? Spit it out, Brown. Well, it's just that times are tight. Can we afford that? Things aren't that bad. Of course we can afford to send you to Iran. I'll pack my things. By the way, how strong of a swimmer are you?

Caption: So John McCain never left you behind in Vietnam? No. I came here of my own accord after the divorce. I caught him in bed with dishonor. Embracing those who had attacked his wife and baby. Implying his opponent was a terrorist-sympathizer with inappropriate thoughts about kindergarteners. Spending the entire month of September approving campaign ads that blatantly lied. Letting his running mate incite hate at her rallies. So, I divorced him. I became a salmon, swimming upstream to the place where I was born. I take it you got custody of the metaphors. Let me know when you decide to rant, and I'll come over and interrupt.

Caption: Reverend Wilfred meets with someone from the White House Office of Faith-Based initiatives. The eagle lands tomorrow, Reverend. The fat man walks alone. Huh? The little boy eats sushi. What's that now? For the love of something important, involving you, is going to happen tomorrow! Oh, why didn't you just say so? The frog swims at noon.

Caption: In Vitro Fertilization Clinic Surplus Embryos I sure am glad the president keeps us safe from the scientists. I feel you, dawg. I mean, sure, extracting our stem cells for experiments could lead to cures for Parkinson's, Diabetes, cancer -- all sorts of agonizing diseases that ruin millions of lives every year. Yadda yadda yadda... But it's just... y'know... wrong. Yeah, dawg. Wrong! Bush values us. Bush saved us from that horrible fate. I wonder what happens now? Will we be born? Grow up? Fall in love? See the sunsets? Swim in the sea? Hey, brutha, hold up. Don't jinx it, now! Oh, I can't wait! Life! Glorious, glorious life awaits us! Nuts. If I had arms and legs, I'd whup yo' @*#, punk.

Caption: What's up, Reverend Wilfred? I'm tired, my boy. Tired of miscreants accusing me of concocting this whole "war against Christmas" in order to raise money for the poor little orphans. I thought they were accusing you of doing it to raise money for that new swimming pool at your new house. Orphans like to swim.
