Caption: I can't charge little kids money to hang out with me and tell them I'm related to/look like Cory Booker. Of course not. That's playing into the stupidest stereotypes, the lowest instincts. Huh? Little kids don't have much disposable income. Ah yes, that too.

Cartoonist(s): Darrin Bell
Comic/Cartoon: Rudy Park
Viewable Date: 2017-01-02 Pub. Date: 2017-01-02
Image Number: 152861
Caption: Rudy, would you mind ordering your uncle his usual oatmeal? Why can't you just order it? Because I don't want to be stereotyped as the old guy who always orders oatmeal. In my day, I ate a wide variety of foods. Every day it was something new and adventurous. It's not fair that I be judged only on what I eat in my golden years. You order the oatmeal, I'll order the Cream of Wheat, and we'll switch when no one's looking. Too adventurous for me.

Image Number: 149622
Caption: You got a phone call from who? From a "Mrs. Click-Whistle-Chirp." She's a dolphin. She wanted us to know that all the sea creatures and all the land mammals have banded together … to demand that we not elect Donald Trump. They haven't felt this compelled to speak to us since they convinced Noah to build that ark. I guess there are two sides to every story. They'd also like us to know "Flipper" and "Gentle Ben" were stereotyped.

Caption: Have you ever thought of being a nun, Sadie? Of course. Years ago I dreamt of converting and becoming a cloistered nun. I thought it would be the one vocation that would take advantage of all my talents. But that was before I discovered that nuns being abusive, vindictive soul-crushing harpies was just a stereotype. Besides, the vow of chastity would've put a serious hitch in my get-along. Conversation over now.

Caption: What's your question for "Ask Sadie"? My mom's in a nursing home. I think someone's stealing her jewelry. What's the matter, you're afraid someone is stealing your inheritance? Simple solution: send your mother to Japan where their entire culture reveres the elderly. Sayonara, grandma!!! Are you sure that's not a just a stereotype? Who cares?!

Cartoonist(s): Darrin Bell
Comic/Cartoon: Rudy Park
Viewable Date: 2014-11-08 Pub. Date: 2014-11-08
Image Number: 118568
Caption: It just occurred to me, I don’t know if you're a republican or democrat. That's right, little buddy. If someone can easily tell what your politics are, then the mystery is all gone. You become a stereotype to them; and no matter what you say, they'll think "I knew he was going to say that" because they'll twist it to fit into their preconceived opinion about you. Plus it cuts your dating pool in half. I knew you were gonna say something like that.

Image Number: 117985
Caption: I want to be a more interesting person. Think maybe watching old black and white movies would do it? No. What if I drank scotch and smoked a cigar and listened to vinyl records and grew a big lumberjack beard? It's what all the hipsters are doing. You're not a hipster. I'm at least a kneester. At most you're a keister.
