Caption: Rudy, how's that print order coming? What print order? The "House of Java" flags I asked you to have printed. You were serious? Of course. Britain exiting the European Union was just the first domino to fall. Spain might be next , then Finland, then Foreignvania and all the other Anias. And that's just for starters. It's going to spread. My sources tell me the Maldives will be next to split up. Each coral atoll will become a separate and distinct Maldo. "Maldo"? From there the contagion will spread to Australia, which will become a collection of separate city states, some run by man, some run by marsupials. My calculations show it'll eventually spread to North America, where we'll disintegrate into thousands of tiny fiefdoms ruled by whoever is first to plant a flag. Are you sure you didn't forget to carry the "one"?

Caption: On today's Ask Sadie Show with Sadie Cohen, we discuss one topic: The month of August. Everyone knows the month of August is named after Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar. What many don't realize, though, is Augustus was only a figurehead. The true power behind the throne was wielded by his mistress, Sadius Cohenus XVII. This explains why the month is so oppressive and unbearable. Shhh ... she might hear you.

Caption: Little buddy, I believe you owe me an apology. How do you figure? You're the one who left me rotting in a jail cell! You were my one phone call! What happened to Randy's Friendship Rule #7: "Friends always bail friends out"?! You're forgetting the corollary: "Unless the friend's in jail for something pathetic, like trespassing while playing Pokémon Go." Apology accepted. A huge biker took it the wrong way when I tried to catch a Pokémon that was hiding under his beard.

Caption: I've been giving some more thought to your question about in which era in history I'd most like to live. You have? I thought you never change your mind about anything. This is true. Randy's alpha male or female rule number 1: "Make a decision and stick with it even it it's really dumb." HOJ. " ... Appearing indecisive is the kiss of death." But you're forgetting the corollary ... "If you do change your mind, claim you've always believed as you do now." " ... and anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy." Can't believe I forgot that part.

Caption: Boss, there's a truck outside full of penguins. What's going on? Are you wired? Are you or are you not asking me this on behalf of any law enforcement agency? If I ask you that, you have to tell me. It's a rule. Never mind. I don't think I want to know what's going on. Did you know underground zoos will pay a fortune for black-market penguins?

Caption: Boss, I don't see why I should have to wear this black armband. Out of respect, Rudy. We're in mourning. When Supreme Court Justice Scalia passed away, we lost one of the men who ruled once and for all that corporations are people and money is speech. He was, quite possibly, the greatest American who ever lived. Well ... no one can even see the armband, 'cause my shirt's black too. Off with your shirt, minion. That's an order.

Caption: You've been in there for quite a while, little buddy. Everything all right? Go away, Randy! Randy's rule #896: A confident person doesn't get tinkle-shy just because there's a long line waiting for him or her to finish. Still here. Go away!!!

Caption: Okay, dictation monkey, can you read back to me my Hypochondriac's Handbook Rules To Live By? Not really. While you were talking, I was pretending to type what you said, but I was actually playing a video game on my phone. I can't strangle you because I don't want to touch your cold-and-flu ridden corpus. One of those moments I just relish.

Caption: Hypochondriac's rule #6: Take care with utensils. Meaning don’t share forks with sick people? Aim them carefully. The moment you see someone coughing, start throwing spoons, forks, ladles, salad tongs, nutcrackers. Aim to maim so they can't get within breathing distance. Ladles?

Caption: HYPOCHONDRIAC HANDBOOK. Where was I? Rule #4: Do not inhale and exhale while indoors. Honestly, that makes no sense, Sadie. If you don’t breathe, you'll die. So what difference does it make if you have the flu at that point? It's not a rule for me. It's a rule for the rest of you. The less you breathe around me, the less likely I'll get an airborne disease. I can't rely on you, though, hence the oxygen tank and mask. Will quietly delete #4.

Image Number: 119725
Caption: Rule #1. Of what? HYPOCHONDRIACS HANDBOOK. A little passion project I'm working on; or, rather, I would be working on. I can't write or type wearing my protective anti-flu gear. Rule #1: Get some loser to take dictation for you. I hate where this is heading.

Caption: Did you hear Sadie's show today? Of course not, little buddy. Randy's man-rule #68.1: "Never admit you know anything about what the people you know do for a living." It's the first page in the chapter titled: "Never Display More Interest In A Person Than That Person Shows In You." Do you know what I do for a living? I don't even know your name, little buddy.

Caption: If someone winks at you forty or fifty times, are they coming on to you? Yes. But if they wink a lot at YOU it's more likely they've just had a stroke. Or maybe a cerebral hemorrhage. Or they've developed a nervous tick. Could be a gnat flew into their eye. I get the point. I wouldn't rule out an aneurysm.

Caption: What're you doing?! Your contract forbids you from watching "cute baby videos" on YouTube. Cute baby videos lead to employees wanting to have cute babies of their own. Having babies leads to employees asking for raises and time off. I don’t think everything in a contract is enforceable, boss. "Thinking" is forbidden by your contract.

Caption: Hello, nemesis. Give me one of everything. And bill it to you. Why would I do that? Because there's a sign on the wall that reads "The customer is always right." If you don't do as I say, that's false advertising. If you don’t pay for what you order, you not technically a "customer." STALEMATE! Not technically.

Caption: Amanda Kern. Comics counseling. All I said was, thanks to Sadie, I know what wrong with the Middle East. It's the birthplace of civilization. It's the dysfunctional family home from whence we all came. It's ruled by a stubborn and cranky old know-it-all mother with a superiority complex. She never changes, which is why the kids, once they come of age, got the heck outta there and only come by once in a while to referee her arguments with dad and to make sure they're still in her will. ... And for some reason, that upset her. This means Jihad.
