Caption: Oh, shoot! What's wrong? I'm writing an actual letter to my sister. You know, with a pen and nice stationery. I usually write everything on computer these days. So when I came to the word "hors d'oeuvres," I thought, don't worry. If I get it wrong autocorrect will fix it. But then, after I wrote it, it hit me. Autocorrect doesn't work with handwriting. I wouldn't worry about it. "Horse do-overs" looks correct to me.

The husband liked to fish, so you and he talked about fishing. It doesn't ring a bell. You remember him, he was tall and he told lots of jokes, remember? Was he that guy that made a pass at you, and then I challenged him to a duel and he ran away like a scared rabbit? No. That has never happened, ever. Good. I hate that guy.
