Caption: It's estimated the Amazon contains about 100 tribes never contacted by outside civilization. And there are hundreds more uncontacted people in jungles all over the world. They've probably never heard of the black plague, or the Dark Ages, or the Mongol hordes, or World War II, or Donald Trump ... and we've never heard of all the calamities they've survived, either.

Caption: That astronomer Neil Degrasse Tyson admitted he was wrong about those deflated footballs the Patriots used two years ago. That's proof that the so-called "global warming" thing is a big fat hoax. You're saying that if someone's wrong about one thing. They must have been wrong about anything they've ever said? Hypothetically. I wouldn't know, since I've never been wrong. The Jungle.

Caption: Today is my grandpa's 94th birthday. I went shopping for a gift. Then I remembered … Dr. Noodle. A few years ago, he tried teaching me to play dominoes. We'd play with his beat up, weathered dominoes that looked older than my dad … Later, when I was vacationing in Mexico, I bought him a new set of dominoes, hand-carved from obsidian, with jade inlays. I carried it through the jungle for weeks, gave it to him for his 90th birthday. A week later he gave it to the mailman. Old people have old things because of sentimental value. This year I'm getting him oatmeal.

Caption: Nottobama's gonna fix everything when he kicks that commie out of the White House. Governor Nottobama's a great leader, for some reason. You mean "Governor Romney." What'd I say? The Jungle.

Caption: …So then I was almost eaten by a man-eating tiger. That's nice. You know what I had to do while you were on vacation? I wasn't on vacation! I was embedded on a dangerous rescue mission in the jungles of Vietnam! I had to explain to our son why you weren't around to teach him to shave. He's one!

Caption: Anderson Cooper's Battle Journal Day II: Saigon, Spit. I'm still only in Saigon. Covering the rescue of John McCain's long-lost honor from a jungle prison for CNN. Been here for a week now, waiting for Delta Force. I'm getting SOFT. Riiiight… Listen, I'll be in Starbucks. Jungle calls to me. Somewhere a story is bleeding. I'll get you a frappuccino.
