Caption: What would happen if Shakespeare lived centuries later and tried being a baseball umpire? Out, damned spot! Out, I say! Can you explain the infield fly rule. It is madness yet there is method in it! What's in a name? A rose by any other name would hit as sweet! Fair is foul, and foul is fair. You should stick to writing.

Caption: I'm losing sleep! The naughty-nice standard is so vague and confusing! Maybe "good" is not an objective fact. In "Hamlet" Shakespeare said "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so." Does Santa take into consideration other things might be as important as simply being good? You know, Oscar Wilde said "It is absurd to divide people into good and bad. People are either charming or tedious." Kids today worry too much and over analyze everything. As long as they keep their rooms tidy and eat their vegetables, they won't be getting coal in their stockings.

Caption: Backstage at the Globe Theater. I'm going to practice my soliloquy one more time. To be or not to be that is the question ... Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. Excuse me, it's showtime. Break a leg! You too! I guess you can't make a "Hamlet" without breaking a few legs!

Caption: Shakespeare failed at many jobs prior to becoming a playwright. He was a terrible loan officer and inept dry cleaner. Neither a borrower or a lender be. Out, damned spot I say! He was no good in customer service. The lady doth protest too much, methinks. And he mixed-up flowers as a florist. That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. He tried to hid these career failures on his resume. Personnel Office. You need to be more specific about your work history --- You can't just say "What's past is prologue."

Caption: This is my friend, Ernie, that I was telling you about. Go ahead, ask him anything! What literary character said, "To thine own self be true"? Polonius, in Shakespeare's "Hamlet," act one, scene three. Name the three most abundant elements in the earth's crust. By weight, oxygen, silicon and aluminum. Where is the highest chairlift? Breckenridge, Colorado --- but it might soon be surpassed by one in Kashmir! Ernie is totally obsessed with trivia ... He's become a quizzical fitness fanatic!
