Caption: I love this thing! It does a great job keeping my floors free of dust and debris. I can just sit and relax while it goes all around the house! But it must stay inside. There's many hazards for it outdoors! Of course, nature abhors a vacuum!

Caption: Part of Neptune's job is doing performance reviews. He said the octopus is a great multitasker and the dolphin has outstanding communication skills. If given a meaty project to work on, the shark will really sink its teeth into it. The jellyfish received a poor review because he's just aimlessly drifting in his career. And the eel is being promoted to management. He's a terrific motivator. He gets everybody charged up.

Caption: When I got a new job a while ago, I discovered the right career really does lead to more success with women! Now women seem to like the places I take them! In some relationships, we've moved forward quickly! It's amazing -- for the first time in my life I've actually had women chasing after me! Oh I get it , Ernie! You're driving a bus! Caption: F&E Marketing and Advertising. Election years are the hardest! It's tough to sell guys like this new political client. To begin with, he has IRS problems. Let's says "He's an experienced tax-cutter." He also took bribes to pay off his debts. That's great! We'll spin it that "he knows how to balance a budget!" He gave public sector jobs to unqualified family members. "He's lowered unemployment." And he has high unfavorable ratings across the political spectrum. Perfect! We'll call him a "true uniter!"

Caption: Multi-Species Employment Agency. Did you hire the octopus for that job opening? Yeah, but I did interview other applicants. The frog was a strong candidate ... I'm flexible on location -- I'm an amphibian! The whale seemed to be hiding something. The gap in my resume? Uh ... I was beached for a while. And the pig wasn't smart. I see "USDA Approved" on your resume --- I don't think you understand what that means. The octopus got the job because he was a great multitasker!

Caption: Job Interviews Today. Upstairs. I didn't get the job, and I'm not sure where the interview went bad. Perhaps I shouldn't have started by telling him I'm seeking employment but not necessarily looking for work. And in hindsight, it might have been unwise to say I'm a great person to bounce ideas off because nothing ever sinks in. Or maybe it didn't help to leave him with one final thought ... That I may seem overqualified credential-wise, but I've always been a huge underachiever!

Caption: Ark New Year's Party. That was a great new year's party! Everybody had a great time. The elephants spent the evening talking about their favorite memories from the past year. The chameleons were the most fashionable pair ---Each changed into three different outfits during the party. And the song bird did a great job as DJ. He kept the dance floor full! The donkeys impressed me out there --- They were really kicking up their heels! The only problem tonight was the golden retriever ... He wouldn't drop the ball!

Caption: Megacorp Employment Office. Did you get the job? Unfortunately not. The interview started great --- He asked about graveyard shift experience and I told him that I'd been in a cemetery during an earthquake. Then, asked to describe the highlight of my career, I told him about the time I changed a bulb at the top of the Empire State Building! Be we couldn't agree on pay. He said times are tough and everybody has to pull their own weight. So I told him that if I have to pull my own weight, it's only fair that I get time times and a half!

Caption: How's the job search going, Ernie? Great! I think there'll be a bidding war to hire me! The plumbing company must have been impressed when my last boss told them I was always in hot water! And the aerial photography company must have been impressed when I said I thought aerial photography is taking pictures of car radio antennas! But I might not take either job and I'll try to be a baseball umpire instead -- I think I'd be a natural! Why's that? For as long as I can remember, people have always questioned my judgment!

Caption: Frank & Ernest. Typesetting. Printing. Bad news, Ernie … The printing press is down! We'll both have to pitch in and do all the posters by hand for the Bijou's classic movie twin bill! Whatever it takes, Frank. Great! I'll do the poster for the 1931 film ,"M" (1931). And you can do the posters for the 1967 film. "The Persecution and Assassination of Jean-Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of Charenton Under the Direction of the Marquis de Sade" (1967). Note: Actual movie titles, with the longest title ever.

Caption: Ernie, how was your job interview this week? Great! I think I made a big impression! I don't have a formal education, so I brought a long list of mistakes I learned from. They said they're looking for somebody enthusiastic … Right! I told them I love my work so much I'm always saving it for tomorrow. ...Somebody with initiative ... Hey, I'm always starting things I never finish! ... Who can be trusted with company secrets ... I told them it's easy for me to keep a secret ... Nobody ever listens to me! ...
