Why did Sir Edmund Hillary climb Mount Everest? Why did Columbus sail to America? Because they were driven! And you're driven to make cats with long necks? Caption: What is the purpose of invention, you ask? I didn't ask. Through invention, we create more time for leisure. Take my "Launder-O-Matic," for instance. It washes your clothes while you wear them, eliminating all those wasted hours spent at the laundromat. I don't wear clothes. Whump! And my "24-Hour Anywhere Fun Light" allows you to use those wasted nighttime hours doing fun outdoor stuff. But ... that's when I like to sleep. Or my time-saving "Taxi Grabber." It grabs a driver's attention in seconds allowing you to get home to the wife and kids sooner. Stop Cab! Now go and enjoy all that extra free time I've just given you. I ... can't ... move. Give me a few minutes and I'll invent something for that.
