Caption: The House is Too Damn Big. From the WSJ: Wealthy retirees are having trouble selling their oversized houses … because younger buyers don't want them. When are today's kids going to grow up and buy my 7,500 square foot fantasy Tuscan villa? For sale. Economic trends are partly to blame. Uh ... Maybe after I pay off my student loans I could afford, like, a bathroom? You'd better pay those off - I own the student loan company! It's a trophy home. I thought you liked getting trophies. This is 20 miles from town and has a Godzilla-sized carbon footprint. A carbon what? Fortunately, there is a solution! I don't own a car. No problem. I'm an Uber driver! Freelance Flats. Gig economy workers only.

Caption: What's in the Mueller Report? Barr's letter says the Mueller Report does not exonerate Trump. Trump claims it does. So what's in there, anyway? Mueller Report? Pics of Trump's vision board. All the money. Dictator Club. Big-Ass Tower. Baltic Bitches. Come to papa! 300 pages of Mueller going insane from the pressure. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. All work and no play makes Robert a dull boy. Oh, who are we kidding? Lots and lots of super-shady gangster stuff. If you read it, Oleg would have to kill you.

Not working hard enough! These success Nazis are obsesses with social engineering. The more I keep, the better everyone does! Also, young ladies should stop having sex, except for with me. Caption: Debate to Nowhere. 1945. At long last, we have defeated fascism on the battlefield and destroyed this bankrupt ideology once and for all! Victory. 73 years later … Hey, fascism and white supremacy are hot now and we should totally be debating these big ideas. Uh ... didn't we already do that? Don't be foolish. The debate never ends. Fun! But ... if old garbage ideas are always up for debate, how do they ever get defeated? Maybe they don't! Come with us, journalist!

Has it occurred to you that any time the government tries to help ordinary Americans or regulate Wall street, you call it tyrannical? Grr … You and your fancy smart talk! Don't tread on me! Caption: Collusion Confusion. Trump didn't collude with Russia. It's a witch hunt. Mueller investigation heats up. Denial. Okay, maybe he colluded, but this is the first real evidence. Trump backs Putin at summit. Also, no big deal. Minimization. Actually, Russian's pretty neat! They're white Christian tough guys who hate gays and journalists! Cohen: Trump knew about tower meeting. Acceptance. Maybe it was treasonous, but it's really the Democrats' fault. I'll let you know how as soon as I reverse-engineer a theory involving a child sex ring! More Revelations. Projection.

Caption: Allies of Evil. You'd think a place known as the Great White North would be safe from attacks by Trump. But no. Justin - so dishonest and weak. Also, gravy on fries: Wrong. His supporters quickly fall into line. I hear they have moose-lems up there! Welcome to the New World Order. Enemies. Pre-Trump ally. Free elections. Human rights. Allies. Pre-Trump adversary. Authoritarian tough guy. Kill reporters and dissidents. So how should Canada mend fences? We have nice girls to visit your room, yes? They just consumed six-pack of Molson. Bladder very full. Caption: "Government" of "Democracy?" Government. It's become a dirty words. I hate th' guv'mint! But, friendly reminder: We live in a democracy, not a dictatorship (for now). Next time someone complains about "the guv'mint," replace it with the word "democracy." Democracy needs to get out of the way of business. You'll get a much more accurate translation End big democracy. And stop voter fraud by those people! "We the People" also works. We the people are not the solution - we the people are the problem! Krank. AM 600. Talk Radio.

Caption: Have you noticed? The size of some food packaging had been quietly shrinking over recent years. Half-gallon (64 oz) of OJ - Now only 59 oz! 8 oz of Hummus now 7 oz. Soup. 15 oz - weak! How will they cut corners next? Cheerio holes will grow larger ... And we'll get the "Swiss Everything" fad. Hole Wheat. Swiss Bread. Mom's Microwavables. Swiss Meatloaf. Three Musketeers bars will be subtly downsized ... 2 Musketeers. And big, crappy toys will be embedded in ice cream. Vinyl Gnome. Perhaps saddest of all, honeybears will slowly be dismembered. Honey. Caption: It was so hazy and unreal, I didn't think of it as rape. Because of the drug, it didn't feel forced. In the 70s, everyone seemed to be having lots of consensual sex. Sex itself was no big deal. Naïve, I didn't know about "Roofies" yet, and the term date rape was many years from entering my vocabulary. Unlike many rape victims, I was not traumatized so much as puzzled and creeped out. I don't remember talking about it to anyone at college, though I may have. Never saw Carl after that. I heard he transferred to another school ... again ... Years passed. It eventually became clear to me that he must have spiked my drink that day. Newsbeat. The Date Rape Drug. ! As it slowly dawned on me what happened, I grew angry. Mostly, I considered it a lesson learned: Never leave your drink alone with an asshole. (This is a long form cartoon. Caption: Making a Point. A posh London neighborhood is using spikes to discourage sleeping homeless people. Bloody hell! Now they want to impale us! Spikes aren't necessarily a bad idea if we use them in the right places. Every lot available for the new Wal-mart has these darn things in it. I dunno. These spikes just showed up on all the streets downtown, and cars can't get through! Of course, when earth is no longer habitable and all of humanity is homeless, we may find something familiar ... That one has a good atmosphere, but ... those spikes again! It's almost as if we aren't wanted.

Caption: Handy Comparison Chart: Fed Chair Edition. Janet Yellen vs. Larry Summers. Most qualified candidate who happens to be a woman. Most old boy-networked candidate who is not a woman, of course. Currently second-in-command at fed. Currently commands consulting fees from Citigroup. Unclear how tough she'd be on big banks. Supported banking deregulation that led to global financial meltdown. Made prescient statements before economic collapse. Mocked academic who warned of economic collapse. Known to be collegial. Famously arrogant and tone-def. Would be the choice of the Obama of hope and change. Would be the choice of the Obama of business as usual.
