Don't discuss international politics with the Siberian Husky, or make jokes around the Greyhound. The Saint Bernard does not find it funny if you ask for his blessing. And most importantly, unless you schedule is clear for a week ... yeah? Don't say "yes" when the Lab asks you to play with that ball with him!

Caption: I watched the transit of Mercury online. Mercury is amazingly underrated as far as planets go. The sun is a big, bad ball of super-hot gas that can incinerate anything. It's been breathing right down Mercury's neck for billions of years. But that tiny planet just keeps brushing it off and running circles around it. That miniscule world laughs in the face of a star. It reminded me of you and me, Mrs. Gasbag. When the sun gets fed up with it all, Mercury will be the first planet it swallows.

Caption: Wanna come over and watch the big game? No can do, little buddy. Baseball is a gentleman's sport where they tap a tiny ball and then trot around. I don't consider any game a "big game" unless there's a chance one player could accidentally squeeze another player's spine out of his nose like toothpaste from a tube. Beach volleyball is also watchable. I was actually talking about the new "Pac-Man Vs. Superman" X-Box game.
