Get over it. I don't mind ritual human sacrifice to hedge fund managers. They've earned it! I don't see why a 60 year-old in Alaska can't just make $30,000/year more to pay for premiums. We are but sinners in the hands of an angry market god. Do not question his will. Maybe people will die, but hey, Trump is keeping his promise to end Obamacare. Well, things may be chaotic at first, but everything will sort itself out. Right?
