Caption: More than 2/3 of pet people buy gifts for their animal companions's birthdays. I'm sorry. Pet people? We no longer use the term "pet owner." It implies that animals are property. Oh, ok … When a customer wants a dog bed, for example, you'd say, "I see you're a dog person." Got it. Dog person. Cat person. Lizard person. Weasel man. Rat woman. It's like working with superheroes.

Caption: Do you know there are over 120 celebrity fragrances? Everyone from Donald Trump to Justin Beiber has a smell. How does that work? Do celebs personally mix their own formulas? I can just see the Beibs in a lab coat, stirring beakers. Beauty Shop. Cheeky Geek. Samples. I think they drop by the lab and sniff samples, go "this one" and walk out with a million dollar check. Heck, I could do that! My nose can sniff just as well as Jennifer Lopez's. "Cept your nose isn't on a famous face. Obviously, we're WAY too unfamous to know an appealing fragrance. Yeah. I'm so ordinary, I'd probably pick 'Eau de Rat Poo' as my smell. If you put on any more samples, you'll be there.
