The proper usage is "her and me," because if you were to drop the "her" pronoun, it would be "you'd better have respect if you want to talk to I." Y'see, both pronouns have to be able to work alone, or the sentence is grammatically incorrect. She and I don't give a @#$%! Good! Good! That works.
